32 MILLION EUROS AWARDED FOR PATENTS+, DESIGNS+ AND TRADEMARKS+
With the issuing of the notices, currently being registered with the supervisory bodies, the Ministry for Business and Made in Italy makes the facilitative measures called Patents+, Designs+ and Trademarks+ operational for the year 2023 for the granting of concessions for the valorisation of industrial property rights. With the publication in the Official Journal no. 187 of 11 August 2023, the Brevetti+, Designs+ and Trademarks+ facilitation measures for the valorisation of Industrial Property titles become operational. The contributions are for a total of 32 million euros divided as follows:
Patents: 20 million
Drawings: 10 million
Marks: 2 million
