32 MILLION EUROS AWARDED FOR PATENTS+, DESIGNS+ AND TRADEMARKS+
With the issuing of the notices, currently being registered with the supervisory bodies, the Ministry for Business and Made in Italy makes the facilitative measures called Patents+, Designs+ and Trademarks+ operational for the year 2024 for the granting of concessions for the valorisation of industrial property rights. From Friday 13 September 2024, with the publication of the calls for tenders, the measures for the 2024 financial year are operational the Brevetti+, Designs+ and Trademarks+ facilitation measures for the valorisation of Industrial Property titles become operational. The contributions are for a total of 32 million euros divided as follows:
Patents: 20 million
Drawings: 10 million
Marks: 2 million
